The Glyphs View

The Glyphs View appears in the bottom pane of FontAgent and displays the character set of the currently selected font.

Display the Glyphs View

To display the Glyphs View, click the Glyphs tab in the bottom pane or type Ctrl-6.

View a Font's Glyph Set

To view a font's glyph set, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the Glyphs View is selected in the bottom pane.
2. Select a set in the Sets Sidebar on the left.
3. Select the font in the top pane of the main window.
4. Use the controls at the bottom on the Glyphs View to specify character set and font size to display.

The Glyphs View is particularly useful for displaying glyphs for symbol and dingbat fonts as shown below.

Activate Fonts

To activate or deactivate a font, use the slide switch on the right side of the row displaying the font. A green slider indicates that the font is currently activated, while a grey slider shows that it is deactivated.
