This error happens either when you do not have an internet connection or when you change the advanced settings from "Use Cloud Server for everything", to "Use Internal Server". FontAgent 7 uses the Insider Software Cloud Server to complete registration. To fix the error, do the following:

  1. Open FontAgent 7.
  2. From the menu bar, select FontAgent > Purchase/Register.
  3. Select the Advanced button.
  4. Change the selection back to the *default* option of Use Cloud Server for everything. Then select the Okay button.
  5. Verify that your email address and password are entered into the Email and Password fields. Then select the Register button.
