This error happens either when you do not have an internet connection or when you change the advanced settings from "Use Cloud Server for everything", to "Use Internal Server". FontAgent 7 uses the Insider Software Cloud Server to complete registration. To fix the error, do the following:
- Open FontAgent 7.
- From the menu bar, select FontAgent > Purchase/Register.
- Select the Advanced button.
- Change the selection back to the *default* option of Use Cloud Server for everything. Then select the Okay button.
- Verify that your email address and password are entered into the Email and Password fields. Then select the Register button.
