If the Font Profiler appears to be stuck and will not finish, do the following to fix it:
- Quit FontAgent Pro.
- Find and move this folder to the trash: /Users/[your username]/Library/FontAgent Pro/FontProfiles
- NOTE: In 10.7 and later, the User Library folder is hidden. The quickest, and easiest, way to get to this folder is folder is to hold down the option key on your keyboard, then from the menu bar, select Go > Library.
- Start FontAgent Pro. The Font Profiler will start again, but it should finish.
