Open FontAgent Pro.
From the menu bar, select Tools > Workflow Center.
In the Workflow Center window, select the item called Get Open Source Fonts.
Select the Run button from the tool bar. This will launch your default browser and immediately begin downloading the open source font collection.
Once you download the fonts you can import them into FontAgent Pro as you would any collection of fonts.
